Agile Jumpstart! with OpenUP
This 15-day workshop provides hands-on coaching for your project that wishes to introduce the benefits of Agile with the discipline of OpenUP. We get your project up and running by completing Inception as well as one iteration of Elaboration. This greatly increases your chance of success and gives your team the confidence to continue the project on the right path after the workshop ends.
